The most unprofessional and unpleasant staff. I called 3-4 weeks before planning a trip, needing a certificate of health for my pet chickens and was quoted approx. $80 per chicken. I call back when I'm ready to schedule the appointment and speak to an Associate Meagan who then turns around and tells me the price is actually $180 PER chicken. Obviously this was pretty upsetting considering the price was more than double. Meagan was completely unsympathetic stating "what do you want me to do about it" "there is nothing that can be done, the price is what it is" and when I asked her to put herself in my shoes for a minute and think about how it might feel (to not be able to bring pets you've had for 7yrs because I was misquoted and budgeted differently), she hung up on me. Then I immediately call back and she hangs up on me again. I call back again and I'm placed on hold immediately. I call back after sitting on hold for 5 min and someone new acknowledges me by my name (using my phone number) and asks for me to hold then transfers me to an "office manager" named Sabrina. I ask Sabrina if she knows the situation by then even though she acted like she didn't know what was going on when she originally answered the phone so I re-explain my situation and what Meagan had done in regards to her unprofessionalism and hanging up on me. Sabrina immediately starts to defend Meagan and says she's going to "review the call" treating me like I'm completely clueless, trying to passify me and just being patronizing. It's not a "coincidence" that I was hung up on 2 times in a row, put on hold twice, and transferred all in succession as Sabrina was trying to lead me to believe. Sabrina also tried to protect Meagan by not giving me her name when I asked for it. She said the incoming calls "go everywhere in the clinic to all offices" I had to ask if a "Meagan" worked there and she finally said yes (I thought I knew her name but wanted to be 100% sure). I also asked for a call back from a doctor at the practice which Sabrina tried to stop as well by telling me what the doctors do and don't discuss by phone. I finally said I would want to know if this type of behavior was happening in my clinic so I still would like a call back. Sabrina stated I should receive a call within the hour or asap. I try to be as reasonable as possible before making a bad review but it has been 3 days with no phone call. If an Associate is rude, unempathetic, and wrong they should receive feedback not be protected and defended. I would never recommend anyone go to this practice, especially after the amount of disregard they have for basic customer service. We are a military family as well so we certainly know a lot of potential customers for boarding and veterinary care. I won't send them to a place that can't even return a promised phone call and treats clients terribly.
